Early Life & Foundation in Service

Born and raised in Vancouver, BC, Sean McLintock has been passionate about business – from hospitality to sales – since the very beginning. His career started in the luxury hotel and concierge industry, where he worked at some of Canada’s most iconic five-star properties, including The Fairmont Empress, The Pan Pacific, and The Hotel Vancouver. These formative years built the foundation of what Sean is known for today: exceptional service, professionalism, and strong relationship building.


Entrepreneurial Leadership

Seeing an opportunity to raise the standard of guest services, Sean founded a high-end valet and concierge company in Vancouver. Serving ultra-luxury hotels and restaurants, he grew the business to over 120 employees, gaining invaluable experience in operations, team leadership, and business growth. This entrepreneurial chapter strengthened his ability to manage staff, scale systems, and deliver consistent, concierge-level service.


International Sales Experience

Sean was later recruited to Australia by a major agricultural distribution company, taking on a senior sales management role. Working abroad expanded his leadership skills, sharpened his strategic thinking, and provided a global perspective he carries into his business today.


A Real Estate Career Built on Excellence

Upon returning to BC, Sean earned his real estate license and chose Vancouver Island as the place to settle and build his long-term career. Within just two years, he became the #1 agent in his office.
