Our search started from Penticton B.C. and being off island made it especially difficult for the house hunting process. Sean and Laura worked with us diligently through thick and thin. Right away, Sean went to work and found several houses that could suit our needs. The house we fell in love with was a foreclosure sale and had a court date set, which we could not attend.I should mention that we bought the third house Sean showed us. Well, after hours of faxing and signing, to get all the papers delivered to Sean,and planes being grounded due to fog…(Island life) Sean went to court for us and we won the house!! The way Laura organized the emails and phone calls, and the way Sean dealt with our distance issues and time constraints showed excellent professionalism and dedication to the client on their part. I have known Sean for a number of years now and when it came time to acquire a real estate agent in Nanaimo for the central island he was my first thought. It began with a commercial piece of property on E.Wellington road (2 1/4 acres) which Sean grabbed with gusto and got to work networking and promoting this sale. Within 3 weeks we had several offers and eventually sold the property above the list price, needless to say I was thrilled!
